I have noticed a few posts concerning Manhattan having another blackout, and I am curious to know why. Has the cause for it been discovered yet? I am in Truth or Consequences right now, so I am unable to investigate, but I am curious to know if powers have been taken again.

Okay, there's a bit of a story there.

There's this girl that showed up recently, Jubilee. She's an X-Men and a friend and she's kinda got this...condition. And that condition needs healing factor-y blood so it doesn't blow up into her turning evil. We used to use Wolverine but then my world got made adultless. So before you left with Julian to go do whatever the Hell you guys are doing, we stockpiled a bunch of it. So we know your blood works.
