For those of you who have never been north of the border, Canadians have an amazing dish called poutine. It's basically french fries with gravy and cheese. It's amazing and pretty easy to make. Insanely unhealthy, but worth it.

Also? Apparently Canadian bacon is called back bacon in Canada. The more you know.
