Captain's Log 11 [Filtered from the Joker, Ultron]
It was impressive to see how many people turned out to help deal with that batshit clown and his thugs. Not a lot of what would technically be civilians would normally put their safety at risk like that.
It got me thinking though, that we might be even more effective if there was a list of who was willing to help and what they could do. A horde of people mind controlled to attack people? Might be handy to know a telepath who's willing to help. An army of machines gone haywire? Speed dial your resident technopath or genius computer programmer.
If you're interested, I can put together a database of who is in what city, what they can do, and if they can move from city to city. Everyone who wants to be a part of this will have a copy of it.
