The fish graphically chewed away at skin, muscles and eyeballs throughout the movie. Bones were shone stained pink, a man's penis floated through the water as he cried, and a girl got her head shredded by a boat motor. Another girl was split in two as people attempted to carry her, and numerous more people were reduced to skeletons.

You would cover your eyes.
