Making an effort to update a little more regularly now that I no longer have a full-time job. :) Although, to be honest, being a full-time student isn't exactly all ponies and rainbows either... I thought I was gonna have my Friday free this week, but I got a rude shock today when I found out that I have to go to school for a 1 hour tutorial tomorrowwww. :(
Ah well, lots of food pictures this post! Went to Taste Paradise at Ion a few weeks ago because my sister and I brought my grandma for her medical check up at the hospital, so we brought her out for a dim sum lunch after! :)
Love the crockery at Taste Paradise!
Char siew sou, siew mai, XLBs, XO fried carrot cake... This is making me hungry. >:(
This was my second visit to Taste Paradise, and I would say their dim sum is pretty good! It's probably one of the better dim sum places I've been to. :) If you're looking for a dim sum restaurant to go to, Wah Lok (at Carlton Hotel) and Royal China (at Raffles Hotel) are really good too! Wah Lok is my favourite dim sum place solely because of their steamed carrot cake, it's a MUST TRY if you're going there. I enjoyed Swee Choon as well, and I liked 126 the first time I went there, but after my second visit I found the place a little overpriced.. :( In any case, if you like dim sum, Taste Paradise is worth a visit! Outfit for that day!
Wore the
cocoquettes Lace Panel Garden Dress in Vanilla as a top! :) I actually altered my personal piece into a top and I love how it goes with waisted bottoms. :)))
