Prologue, Act 2
[video post start; Cornelius is pacing, unaware that he's being recorded. A quartet of calling birds are sitting in the corner repeating his name over and over again, but he seems to have tuned them out. Also, there's a cow off to the side. Way to kill the mood.]
How did I get back here? One moment I was in the forest, then...
[he pauses, looking rather depressed]
Velvet... she may very well be dead by now...
Sorcerers, spells, curses--damn them all! The world would be better off without such a horrible thing as magic!
[he punches the wall in a fit of anger, then goes back to sulking in his misery. The cow moos.]
...Why is there a cow in here, anyway?
