The Inaugural Post
I guess it's time to finally post something?
Well...this whole journey started for me when my friend introduced me to some (really awfully written, woah) Harry Potter fanfiction back-in-the-day before this whole "new generation of kids" game. Before some of the books had even come out :) Now I read mostly STXI, and more recently, XMFC. I'm a terrible lurker.
My first HP fic was this really odd piece (I had just gotten onto ff.net for the first time and it was literally the first fic on the list) about Hermione being in love with Harry and Snape and in the end choosing Harry and WTF? It's funny I've gotten this far in life.
My first STXI notable fic was probably Atlas by angelbaby1 which I still love and will never stop loving and GAAAH.
XMFC...hmmm The War or Hands of Time (series) by skull-bearer. So beautiful too.
I read way more than I write, anything I've written is probably on a kink-meme (....) and I might get around to reposting that here one day.
I have an odd imagination.
For instance, I just thought - wouldn't it be lovely if there as a fic about Spock having a gaydar? And how he would explain it? And how terribly erroneous he would be?
My favorite pieces of non-ff writing mostly consist of early 20th century american fiction.
