Just because.....
Geh...I just saw "The New World" which was SUPPOSED to be awesome. No that anyone TOLD me it was going to be awesome, I just sort of fabricated some pretenses for no reason but...well, not completely fabricated because the same director who did "Thin Red Line" directed "The New World" and that might have been due cause for some pretenses...but anyway, you've probably figured it out by now but the movie wasn't very good. It was all about John Smith and Poccahauntus ( I didn't spell that right but it doesn't really matter b/c I think that eventually her name was just Rebecca). There wasn't ANYTHING about the actual Jamestown Colony which, to say the least, was dissapointing. I guess that they weren't expecting anyone to go to the movie to actually learn anything....I mean, they cast Collin Farrell and all. Who wants to hear about the starting of America when you can see mediocre acting and good bone structure?
