(no subject)
Alas, the moons have alligned (is that spelled wrong...too many L's possibllllly?) and I am making an update. It's been long, but not too long considering that the events as of late have been nothing to rave about EXCEPT that my birthday (my TWENTY FIRST birthday) is fast approaching and the only thing that I can say I actually WANT is that box of 14 Pilot Precise Rolling Ball V5 Black Ink pens at Wal-Mart (HINTHINTHINT)which retails for around fifteen bucks. That's about a dollar a pen and if you've ever had the fortune of working with one of...then you know that this is a HELL of a deal.
Right now, I am in the library feigning the appearance of a student hard at work on an essay about the causes of World War I. Books and papers are scattered around appropriately and every now and again I'll look down, as if referring to the text book. While in the library, it is very important to maintain appearances and in truth, I was working on said paper only moments ago when I realized that I needed a break. The Balkans are grueling things to discuss if not well rested. Besides, the Coastal library is very noisy which is usual for Coastal but not for libraries in general. Not everyone is as well versed in library etiquette as myself...apparently. Who cares about the rise of nationalism in the wake of Rachel's new haircut, or the guy that Tiffy hooked up with at the Tri-Sigma social (event of the season)!!!!
This has become more of a rant than an update but...so the biscotti crumbles.
In light of my birthday, I want:
Sam to come home, home, home.
Kittens forever
and well manicured toesies
Also, those pens!!!
