What A Joy It Is To Read Your Stories... lyradanagreen February 21 2014, 16:45:28 UTC
Hello.

What a joy it is to read your stories, I am a self confessed fan of your "Lost Horse Creek, Montana" fiction. I was just re-reading Chapter 19 and tried to leave a comment on the FanFiction site, but was unable to do so, so I googled the title and found this site.

I have enjoyed reading and re-reading your stories so many, many times and I cannot remember if I have successfully left a note of thanks or a comment of appreciation before in particular, but I am now trying to do so here.

Each time I have revisited your "LHC,M" series and the other lovely fiction you have posted in the past I have checked your "author page" to see if anything has changed since you last mentioned that you were working hard in your personal life to join the police force.

Tonight I found a much reduced personal "author page" which had the word "cop" included. May I offer my well wishes for such an accomplishment and also my thanks for you to wish to serve your community in such a challenging career? As I grew up I had several friends who became police officers, some following parents who had done the same. Only at a distance am I aware of the strains and pressures that such work can cause in a family, but in my own there are some military and medicos. Let me say that we are very proud of their good works, so I hope that the people close to you tell you the same, often.

Also of delight was the new picture of a leggy paint filly (or a colt, I couldn't tell) as your ID pic. Very lovely choice of a very happy looking critter. I tried not to squeal in delight, but I failed. Sadly, I noted the update of the page was rather dated, but I thought that it wouldn't hurt to try and leave a comment of some kind anyway.

So, thank you very much for writing and sharing your horse-laden Star Trek fiction. I love it all and enjoy it as a guilty time-consuming pleasure much too often. But I keep coming back to your work, not only because I greedily hope that you may have posted something new, but because I really enjoy being immersed in your fictional creation of horses and people.

If you are well and at sometime enjoy the leisure to continue in your excellent efforts of storytelling, please know that many will be delighted to find such. I myself do hope for more of your stories to read in the future but really want to say thank you for those I have enjoyed so far. Well done, that author there. Well imagined and thought provoking and just great.
