We are on the countdown for our US holiday, and this weekend we are doing a lot of packing.
Grant gets to spend his Thanksgiving with his Dad, and he is SO happy.

This is my last week in Gastro. I have had a ball there, it was really busy. I have been doing some overtime for extra pocket money for our trip, and I am going to do some more, as it was fun.
I have to sort out my office ready for the next girl and leave her all the routines, printed out, ready for her. My Consultant bought me a nice little necklace and an Amarylliss, and the other girls on our floor have planned a little party for me, on Wednesday afternoon.
I've made so many new friends in this hospital, we are already invited to 2 Christmas do's (Respiratory and Gastro), as well as Grant's from his workplace. It's a lovely place to work and from the 8th December I have a permanent place, in Ophthalmology.
