So when two people in my life that say the same damn thing to me, and they don't even talk to each other. I think its advice I should listen too.

So my mother and my stepmother both said I should start a health journal of sometime... or start writing down when I have my seizures.

So I got a note book and I'm gonna keep track of it. Simple stuff. When I'm sick, when I have my periods. When I take my pills and what. Even gonna try to write down how much sleep I get, to see if this has anything to do with stress and lack of sleep. Plus I take vitamins. And I don't know how things all interact.

So yeah... even gonna write about my elbow/arm pains. Maybe I can finally get help. Maybe.
