This past weekend I did this thing called the HOST program where you apply and then they ship you off to a family that's volunteered to let you live in their house and eat their food for the weekend. I got sent to Wales and I was so excited to live in a house and have a couch and a pet to play with and real live Welsh people to interact with. It was such a great weekend that I was sad to come back to my tiny, tiny room in NIDO. I was in this little town called Abergavenny and we walked around, took the dog out, took a little trip to Cardiff to go to this open-air Welsh history museum, went down and took a tour of a real coal mine (haha, it was awesome). They also used me as an excuse to cook huge meals and feed me welshcakes and crumpets and Yorkshire puddings. And trifle. Mmm. Also, I drank more tea than a human ever should.
Some little market in Abergavenny.
Tegan!
Surprise buttsex.
Oh hay, this is just our view from our backyard. NO BIG.
On Friday I'm leaving for my Fall Break trip which is Prague, Budapest and then Vienna so I won't be around LJ much at all, not even to read my friends list which makes me sad, until November 10th. At which point I'll come back, try to read my =skip 12000 flist, post a million pictures and then pass out for 3 days. It's a plan!
