happy new year! *snort!* the official song of 2008 is "All Star" by Smash Mouth weeeeeeeeeeeeeee! yesterday was one of the best new years nites ever, its started out pooptastic but it ended great! i worked all day and we were SLAMMED! it was so freaking busy i got called in early and we kept running out of carts and i had to break down all the carts which is NOT MY JOB, i was in there from 2 - 7:30 just breaking down carts, then on the phones and they woudln't stop ringing, and finally after 9 i asked if i could go take a break before i passed out, so i went up for a bit and then when i came back right back onto the phones taking orders, ran out of tables again, and i was back in the breakdown room, i was the only one breaking down carts yesterday i must of broken down at least 60, it sucked! we had a bunch of extra ppl on but they were running the coffee stations and delivering the new years amenity baskets, i was so glad to get out of there but i was so sore and tired, mr. big called me up reaaaaaally drunk while i was on the bus and told me hes not gonna go with his dad so i was like yayyyyyyyyyy, but he was drunk so i'll talk to him later today LOL, then gretch picked up anne and they met me at the apart, i changed and prettied myself up, we waited for geoff to get back from his mommy's house because they were doing a football pool or something lol and it was his bday too, HAPPY BDAY GEOFF! ne hoooooooooooo, we decided to go to wild wings cuz its right near us and none of us have tv so we coudlnt see the ball drop unless we went somewhere, we listened to unwritten to start out the night, but when we got there it was empty and we're like ew lets go somewhere else but then we figured if we left we might miss it so we stayed there til the ball dropped, and had a drink, i ordered mine and the bartender was so freaking slow making the drinks and im like HURRY HURRY I GOT TWO SECONDS! but we finally got them, and made our resolutions, mine is not to let people walk all over me anymore and to stand up for myself cha! then we went to my mommmy's so i could wish everyone happy new year and pick up my puppy, and then we dropped her off at the apart and we went out downtown, and we were listening to the radio and singing in the car and dancing in our seats and laughing, that was so fun, people were looking at us like we're nuts, we all sang "Too Little, Too Late" and then "Maneater" and "Jesse's Girl" there was something else, and then we all sang "All Star" and we're all like this is a good song for the new year! we went to fugazi but that was dead, so we went to cathode and geoff bought us a round, we had ummmmmmm omg i forgot what it was called a berry cosmo or something, but it was in a tall glass and it was all vodka and he put in a little bit of berry flavored stuff, me gretch and anne had one and it tasted like nyquil but we drank it ne way and omg we got so freaking drunk, it was hilarious! we were staggering all over and laughing, everything is so funny when you're drunk, and we did the you don't own me thing on the street, and another drunk gay guy came up to me and hes like are you going to roxy's!? where are you going? and he grabbed my new years necklace and was like i like your gold even thou its fake and hugged me and we're all happy new year! we're drunk! then i almost got hit by a car but gretchen saved me and honked my boob several times, lol and i was too smashed to drive to geoff drove, he was taking us to tops to pee but they were closed so we went to gretchens and stumbled up her stairs and she got her vodka and long island ice tea and we peed then staggered back downstairs and came to my place and laughed and laughed and laughed, then we decided we were hungry and made drunk noodles and sauce, i boiled my finger tip LOL, and we ate, geoff went to bed, and we drank a little more, then we started talking, and we yelled at anne for a bit to get a job, she got a little upset but she knows we're just looking out for her lazy ass, then we laughed again, and then it was like 6am and we were sober by then, so gretch left and i drove anne home and i came home and passed out, it was a good freaking time, and i know this year is going to be much better then the last, i'll be moving into my new apartment soon, and starting my new job, i got my drunky bf and my princess puppy, i've got my will truman living across the hall from me, and i've got my girls g.do and giggles, george is gonna get his surgery and hopefully he'll feel a lot better, and my mom will be better, and everything will go right this year, after all the craptacular things we've all been through the past year, or two, or three years, i think its about time a good one came along and this is going to be it, 2008, here we come!
