cutest thing ever
Right now Persephone is really into Herbie with the new movie coming out soon. I happen to work at a store that sells Herbie products. We are in the middle of a remodel which means we are throwing away old stuff and putting up new stuff. The old stuff happened to be a huge cut out of Herbie, so naturally I took it home for her. She was amazed and delighted when she woke up the next morning and saw. She even ran to wake me up to tell me she loved it. So she has been pretending to ride it around the house and says when she growns up she wants to be Herbie...I thought of telling her she could never be a car...but why ruin her fun. Last week she wanted to run a chocolate factory.
But here is the cute part. I came home last night and peeked into her room to make sure she was ok and what did i see.
She had layed the Herbie cut out on top of a pillow and even went as far to cover it with a blanket. Things like that bring tears to a fathers eyes.
SHe wants to bring it to show and tell tomorrow. I keep telling her no but she is fighting me on it. Then again last week she wanted to bring her new kitten, Tara but I talked her out of that.
PS Tori is coming to town. Galador......inblackink....,..who is off Sat. morning to get tickets I have to work!!!
