I don't know, but this particular promo is one of the oldest ones. I only remember seeing it in ads. Not necessarily for ITV though. I remember it being used to announce the show at ABC when it first aired. Even the concept (using a coffin) was sort of abandoned in later promos and ads.

I used to have lots of those images lying around. Now I can't find the right disks.
