Little pleasures
I'm in the process of experiencing one of my favourite moments of existence: That time, just after you've gotten your cable hooked up, when you have free access to almost every cable channel. Hundreds of them. Everything from Golf TV to the Arabic channel.
Now, most of them I don't want anyway, so it doesn't make a difference. But every now and then there's a channel I don't like with a show I do, and for the next little while (maybe a week or two, maybe less), I have all of them.
And I have my internet back. And my new apartment is too big for me to know what to do with it (though it still needs a coat of paint).
