havent posted in a while. With good reasons. like .. ive been busy.
a lot of shits been happening. some good a lot of bad and a little more good.
My son isnt doing too well. He's actually going to need surgery. Which fucking sucks. When he cries at night cuz he's in so much pain all i can do is lay down and cry with him.
Theres nothing worse in this world than to have your newborn child in an amount of pain you couldnt even imagine and nothing you can do about it. You pray and nothing happens which leaves you thinking maybe god is just a sadistic fuck.
Im not saying thats what i believe thats just an option it leaves me to believe. (theres my forced catholic childhood coming out)
I'm close to being completely done with Day 8 (the tom sizemore band) we got completely fucked over on the VH1 show. They cut the band out of the show probably because the producers dont think its good for ratings. Well fuck them and fuck their ratings.
Micah has to see the surgeon tomorrow im leaving work early to go with him and Liz. Theyre going to decide what kind of surgery he needs wether its an actual surgical procedure or other means. Either way its going to painful for him and even harder for us.
I guess the only good thing about all of this is he's way too young to remember this as he gets older. So he'll have a rough couple of weeks or possibly months but eventually he won't even remember.
Liz took some amazing pictures this weekend of Micah and i. We were in the living room and he was getting kinda fussy so i brought my acoustic and started playing for him and he would just stare at my guitar and smile.
So we went to the room and laid him down and i played for him. heres the results !

and the highlight of NAMM was probably meeting and hanging out with one of my favorite bands. As I Lay Dying. Heres a picture of me with the guitarist Nick as we were trying to find the exit of the maze.
So the only thing that sucked about NAMM was my cracker cuts couldnt go with me.
But i saw a bunch of cool people. Including members of Korn, Deftones, System of a down, static x, brujeria, slayer, rush, bootsy collins, the misfits, avenged sevenfold, joe satriani, sepultura, STEVIE WONDER!, nikki sixx (lol), nine inch nails, jerry cantrell, and a bunch of others i either cant remember or couldnt recognize.
Goodnight kids. I love you Micah and Liz.
p.s. ive been listening to Fall Out Boy ... i dont really like them but their new album has like 4 really really good songs.
