i was trying to figure out this ab/arm/leg machine my mom got. it's a body by jake thing. i was changing the weights and i took both pins out. well, obviously, when you take both pins out, the weights just sort of fall off. the whole thing came crashing down on top of my head. and it hurt sooooooo bad. i bawled my eyes out. and now i have a huge bump and a massive headache.

i knew i hated that machine for a reason.
