Discontent as a catalyst for change.

I have been putting off a lot of (healthy!) changes in my life because I haven't felt the need to implement them. I am finally at the tipping point. I feel unhappy with my physical health. I used to run probably 15-20 miles week. That is not a ton, but it kept me in shape. Furthermore, when you put that  much time and effort into taking care of your body, other healthy habits just tend to follow (for me, anyway) because I don't want to waste my efforts.

I'm bidding on juicers on Ebay. Alcohol just isn't doing anything for me anymore. I worry that I can't even run a mile if I tried anymore. It's time!
