Lunar New Year Festival
Blast event starts at 9PM EST.
The city is bright, a veritable sea of lights. They reflect off of the laughing faces of children and adults both - reds, pinks, blues, greens, yellows and purples. Vendors funded by the city of Hong Kong featuring games and food line the most popular of streets, and central to it all are two main events that city folk look forward to every year: the parade, loud and boisterous, and fireworks that turn night into brilliant day.
The blast is set at the heart of it all, and a little bit of everything is well within reach (particularly activities listed in the comments below). Drink, eat, be merry, and please, please do get someone drunk enough to join the parade.
