In accordance with peer pressure, here's an entry from me!
The Block Party was fun. Did I mention that yet? Uberdanke if you were there rocking out like you do. Or even if you just *wanted* to be there rocking out like you do, but were unable to.
I like what happened in Portland. Though it could have gone a hundred different ways, I have no complaints about the way it did go. Except for the part where we massacred "Still." Not a pretty picture.
Anyway, I guess you shouldn't expect much from us for, at least, a few weeks. There'll be members out of town, thus, a small dry spell. So, in the meantime, I suggest you go to one of these shows on Friday, August 2nd:
Peter Parker, Gas Huffer, and Aveo @ the Mural Ampitheater (Seattle Center); 5pm, FREE
OR
The Blood Brothers, The Locust, Arab on Radar, and two other bands whose names are presently escaping me @ Graceland; ?pm, $8
If I weren't at the former, I'd be at the latter. But that's because I really like Peter Parker. And Seattle Center makes me all nostalgic...:P
