Reasons Why I Like OnKey/JinKibum
Because I kind of promised to omiichan that I will share my reasons why I adore OnKey/JinKibum in a more detailed explanation. *laughs*
I want to clarify one thing though: I am not a fan of SHINee. At all. I have a sort-of favorite member though (Onew yes you read it right) and pairing (yes it's OnKey obviously) and I want to congratulate them for winning the Artist of the Year award in the recent Melon Music Awards. *clap clap* I have to stop wailing now really and move on.
Why I Like OnKey? (reasons not in particular order):
1) Appa-Umma of the group. It may be weird for others why I regard Onew as the 'appa' though sometimes he doesn't act like one (at least from the videos I watched) but, hey, if you're the leader of a group, responsibilities are everywhere. They are a total hardcore. And seeing him still surviving until now means he has as strong-willed character, doesn't give up easily and selfless (well that's what I read from news about them), just like a father to his family. Key, on the other hand, is very obvious. I mean, come on, who nags as much as him but only moms, right?
2) Opposites truly attract. I absolutely believe in this statement and it's the best description for these two. As far as I know, Onew (though he somehow looks like a bad boy now with blonde hair and hey, the issue with Jungah isn't clear enough to me) is cute, clumsy, and full of randomness while Key is effeminate (perhaps because of his looks), diva-ish and graceful. See? They belong to each side of a coin and yet, when they blend, perfect combination happens. When they are together, wonders happen. You know what I mean?
3) Awkwardness. It may seem a bit weird but in my eyes, their awkwardness sometimes makes them the perfect OTP. I don't know them personally but from what I watched, it seemed like they don't know how to talk to each other. I have a feeling that it would have been awkward when they were first introduced as bandmates. Key likes to talk with sense while Onew, sometimes, talks about outer space. On the other side, this makes them closer. Key taking care of Onew discreetly and Onew making Key laugh discreetly. Aww. So sweet.
