So Hey! Say! JUMP! anyone?

These are the only two members of Hey! Say! JUMP that I know because of Gokusen 3 and my private searching 4-5 years ago of possible Japanese crushes in the future.
But this guy...I had my eyes on his eyes the moment I watched an episode of one of their variety shows (my very first time also to watch a non-Arashi idol variety show):

I know nothing more about his name, his group, his eyes, his desire to have a penguin pet (according to a friend of mine) and his height (obviously), but I would love to know him more. I would love to know more about his personality (beause that's what matters, never the face or appeal) and what's it like when he's not an idol. That would be very interesting to know.
