Okay..here's your lesson. In Japanese, the language doesn't really have an r. The L and R are more or less intechangable. So oftentimes when they are using english words *slang called Engrish* they switch the r with an l to make it fit in. So basically long story short...they switch R with L. So with that said...here's a pixture from a japanese anime.
