Introducing: Scarlet!!

We adopted Scarlet from a local rescue yesterday. She is a 4 year old pure bred boxer. She is such a sweetheart and I'm so happy to finally have another boxer in the house. I really missed having the goofy face around :) Funnily enough, she looks just like my boxer growing up, down to the spot on her nose.

I mentioned seeing the and she said that they hadn't known which dog they were giving away so they posted them both to see which one got the better response. I don't know why they haven't taken it down though. Maybe someone should email and pretend to be interested in him and find out what she says.

This one was just listed on the 2nd of this month. :-/

I'd email her, but she already knows mine!

Hmm. Maybe her mom decided she didn't want him? I suppose just asking, since it's a brand new ad, wouldn't hurt.

That's gotta be it -- they just listed him on Freecycle, too.

Maybe they decided it would be easier to rehome him than Maggie? Or that they wanted her more?
