[Leo doesn't interrupt Donatello, just continuing his own check up until he's satisfied. He knows Don is more adept at this doctor thing but...well, for peace-of-mind, at the very least. He holds Mike's head in his hands and takes the time to check his eyes; see if he's confused (beyond he usual) or dazed, or otherwise not himself.]

I don't think so. [If Mike were seriously hurt, he'd definitely be kicking up a storm about it. And Leonardo can keep a close eye on him over the next few days to make sure he's not suffering from any kind of illness.
