[Since porting, Mike's been sitting on the beach by himself, sulking beneath the shade of a palm tree.
He's got his knees drawn up to his plastron, staring out across the water. The warm sun and break from all the horror on the boat is nice, but seeing one of his friends murdered and knowing he was powerless to stop it has soured his mood.
