if you want to get rid of the square ghosting around the edge of the image against the background(the one with the torn paper) make the image a gif with that background color in the index (try an adaptive palette)- jpgs are not locked to a color pallete and will always be a hair off - which is why you can see the shape of the rectangle against the background color.

OH YAH & BTW. the colour is not off in the background. it is lightened & made transparent SO THAT it is a background & text can still be seen. PLZ NOTE THAT YOU CAN SEE THE PAPER STILL TOWARDS THE TOP. TIS AN IMAGE BACKGROUND! you are SUPPOSED TO SEE THE RECTANGLE. REEEOWR.
