Crazy. So Thursday was the worst day I've had at possibly any job, and then Friday, was great. I got in there at 8:45am like I do everyday, and she was meeting in the conference room with a guy that she introduced later as a Business Management Specialist. He was there to make work not be horrible anymore. We're going to hire an up-front person (seretary ESSENTIALLY) to lighten some of our customer intake load. And she apologized to me for not really properly training me. So she spent some time with my that morning showing me an efficient way of starting my day. Then she complimented both Keli (graphic designer) and I on our transition into our positions. And in the afternoon she asked if I needed some quiet time to focus on this interactive CD-Rom project I'm doing and I said "DEFINITELY, yes." So I got two hours and figured out my biggest problem. It was a great day! Thanks to anyone who prayed, because I felt it. It couldn't have been MORE of a turnaround. Hopefully it wasn't just her being an awesome saleswoman and convincing me to stay, but that there will be some real changes take place. She's a smart person, and to realize her fault like that was pretty huge to me. Keli too. We were both pretty shocked. YAY
