(no subject)
Hi again!
So I haven't updated in a couple of days because I was down at UofA saying goodbye to some good friends, Clair. So this post is for you. I know the UofA campus way better than I should. The highlight of the trip...I would say the parade of sorority pledges that happened to pass by while I was walking to the Student Union. There must have been like 200 girls, and we couldn't help but stop and stare. The honors dorms are good. I know my dorms will look nice on the outside, but the inside they will be so, so old. Oh well, ages gives character right? No, lack of central air conditioning gives character.
We also played some ping pong for a while at UofA. Cory and I were unbeatable!!! Anyways the trip on a whole was very fun. I was glad I could go and say goodbye to Sanjay, Cory, Prasun, and Mike too. Ben, I'm sad I missed you, but I know you are going to have a great 4 years in Tucson. Guess who I saw at the Pei Wei on University Street-John Watson. It's people like him at UofA who remind me of how going to an Ivy school doesn't mean anything.
Tonight, I said goodbye to Eric at his house. It was so sad to see him go, but at least he "put on the calendar" some dates when we'll visit. This is the beginning of the end :(
On a funnier note, I actually figured out how to use my Yale email today. I login to find out that my suitemates have already been emaling each other for almost a month. They've been getting to know each other while I could never figure out how to get in. I bet they think I'm some loner that doesn't reply to emails. Haha. So I emailed them today to let them know what happened.
