letting it soak
so, snow day (whoo hoo?). basically today is a study day for me, because i have an envirothon placement test tommorow afternoon, and unless the temperature drops 15 degrees and it snows again, we will definitely have school. but last night was really great. veronica came home with me, because the whole world was bumper to bumper traffic, and my bus route was where no one wants to be (hooray for downtown). so we cooked for like, 3 hours...and ate salad. and watched alias. and dogsat. and she wore my pink pajama pants, and slept in the jungle room. it was really great, and really...surreal.
so, life is normal...... i feel normal. relatively content. in a teenaged angst way. it was emily's birthday tuesday. and my birthday is in...a month (from saturday). i need to figure out my party situation. because i would regret not having a huge sweet sixteen.
