There's been a lot going on in my life lately. Some good, some bad, some just dang confusing. To try to talk about the last 2 weeks would just be crazy. I feel like they've gone by fast and slow at the same time. Mostly, things are going well in my classes, though my observation is stressing me out. At least my lesson plans are getting better and the teaching is coming more easily for my other class.
I'm home this weekend for Mrs. Gibney's memorial service. She died on the 14th. For some reason, this hit me a lot harder than I thought it would. I knew she was sick, so I wasn't surprised, but I think I was still caught off guard and it came at an already emotional time. You know, I thought I had a whole lot to say, but I don't even know how to put into words what I'm feeling. All I know is that I'm glad to have this weekend alone at my house so I can regroup and figure out my thoughts. I guess that's it.
