lovin' on my law friends
i bumped into my lawyer friend from downstairs (he's a criminal defense lawyer who is uber nice) today for the first time in a few weeks. we exchanged the usual pleasantries and he asked where i had been, etc, etc...
point is: i mentioned to him that i have a few friends who have recently or are about to graduate with their law degrees and are looking for jobs - and could he please let me know if he happens to hear of any openings. he was very nice about it and said he'd keep his ears open. i'll make a point to ask again next time i see him!
