Help Needed

Apr 17, 2007 10:19

Hi folks! I know I haven't posted anything real in months and I will add the latest info at the bottom of this message but first I need help.

I am working as a part time Dee out at faire for QAL. This Sunday when I came out to my car there was a note from a witness who saw the person who HIT MY CAR pulling out of his parking space. I've got over $800 in damage and I would really like to find this person.

If anyone knows a bald, white man who works faire (I was in the employee lane) who drives a red Ford F1-50 with license plate number 29L-JT1 please ask this person to contact me or let me know who he is. My insurance company is trying to find his name also. Not the best way to end my weekend!

Meanwhile on the homefront let me try to update:

Glen: He's 11 now and almost 5 ft tall. He is in the 5th grade and on the A honor roll. He has bridged up to boy scouts (instead of cubs). He got 1st place at the UIL oral reading (dramatic reading type thing) and got a perfect score on the Reading TAKS. Must be my kid! (tee hee) Of course, he's also preteen and working to drive me insane on a regular basis. He's starting to notice girls - I'm scared! This weekend he joins his first RPG and his favorite T says "the geek will inheirit the earth". You have all contributed to his geekness so I'm sure you're proud!

Bruce: Still an engineer at Maxim. Name sound familiar? Yes, it is one of the companies being investigaed by the SEC for stock option issues - great fun to deal with at work and for our taxes! Flying his RC planes and doing the RPG that Glen will play in this weekend. Very active with the Scout Troop. Amazingly tolerant of my hobbies!

Me: Vocal Magic had a great holiday season! We have a couple of SSB gigs this spring and I'm trying for more. I have room in all sections if you know anyone who wants to sing and play. I substitute at the middle school now and I haven't hurt a child yet. Duct tape really shouldn't be outlawed in school - we just need to be trained to use it properly. Active in scouts and PTA. I feel domestic at faire and weird at PTA - bout the right mix.

I'll be at Faire every other weekend. Hope to see ya'll soon!

Chelle
