Thanks to
namiko for the tip-off. The pricenton Medical Cneter recently announced the following:
As of January 24, 2011, Princeton House Behavioral Health opened a New Men's Outpatient Program at the Mount Lucas Outpatient office in Princeton, NJ. The program will offer a full day and half day of services to men who have experienced traumatic events that may be currently impacting their sense of well-being and overall functioning. It is the first program to serve the needs specifically of men in the area and within the Princeton House Behavioral Health system.

namiko offers some additional perspective:
This is only the third in the nation. There are plenty of women's trauma programs, but men are treated outside of focused groups. The psychiatric director there has been fighting for a while to get this program off the ground, because even in the psychiatric community, there's a sense that male trauma victims don't need special treatment, or that they'll be too violent/difficult to control in some of the group settings. But the staff there has gone through a lot of training and done some "test runs" of all-male trauma therapy groups, and it's worked out really well. If the "real deal" remains as successful, we can hope it becomes an example to other institutions and they follow suit. Three programs are, unfortunately, not enough. Spread the word: let the higher-ups at Princeton Hospital know how much you support this decision, or let centers in your area know that you'd like them to consider a program like this.
