So. I was supposed to use Mumford and Sons for an Irial/Niall fanmix (from The Wicked Lovely Series and for my fave ships fanmixes) but then it struck me that Thistle & Weeds would be perfect for Rory too. So I decided to do a Rory fanmix instead because, well after that finale, how can you not love Rory? I tried to choose songs that had a folk feel to them, to keep in tune with the legend of the lonely centurion--the boy who waited. There are a couple of songs (I'm sure you can guess which ones) that are Amy's view point of Rory.

So I had to make one for Amy too but I'll admit that making this Amy fanmix was harder than usual (I'll get to the why later.) I was so happy to find Drunk on Dark Sublime because it's perfect for the Weeping Angels episodes with all its angel imagery. And I tried to choose songs that had a little childlike--even childish--vibe to them because let's face it, Amy can be both. (maybe I should have done an Amelia fanmix instead? lol, I'll think about it.)
Anyway, help! My music collection seems so limited lately. It's time to discover new music. Any suggestions/recommendations?
