Members of the recently defunct Devoveo:
It doesn't have to end like this. There's been some talk, about a new game, where werewolf!stues are rejected and the mods don't attack you for speaking out against discrimination. We all want to continue our storylines and our characters, which is completely understandable. I'd be willing to work hard on a new game, with help and greatly relying on your own suggestions and ideas.
Now, first off. We need a mod team, probably of about two or three, but that's just a guess. Could everyone post their picks? I don't know, I want to do this democratically.
Feel free to post all ideas about this new game. I really, really want to do this, I just can't do it by myself. This will be left public so players who aren't on my friendlist can see this.
I love you all.

Note to Camilla: I have a Rabastan floating around in my head. I miss playing him. Of course, you have complete and total first dibs, but if you don't want him, I'll be snatching him up. XD

dissimulo (latin for disguise)
decipio (latin for decieve)
Demagogic Of, relating to, or characteristic of a demagogue.
Demagog A leader who obtains power by means of impassioned appeals to the emotions and prejudices of the populace. (an orator who appeals to the passions and prejudices of his audience)
Personally, I rather like demagogic, but you decide. XD
Most of this was the result of the loverly Megan. I added in a few things. Tell us what you think!
Dumbledore dies of the sickness that Rachel seemed to be alluding to. The Minister of Magic dies and everyone thinks that this is like really really suspicious. But, finally it comes out that it’s just because of “natural” causes. He had a bad heart and had taken quite a liking to drinking and spending time with as many different women as possible. (Possible smear campaign here? The old MOM has to be discredited so that the new one can appear to be legitimate.) The MOM didn’t die before leaving a successor. The successor should be a person that sort of just hovered around in the background. Nobody ever really liked him or disliked him. Or rather, nobody even really knew who he was. Anyway. the new MOM gets into office and is backed by a series of Death Eaters and Dark Arts sorts of people. They start making up rules and regulations and so on. The change happens slowly at first but then starts to escalate. People are pushed into the corner and the MOM begins to feed off of their fears and prejudices. Some of which actually allow him to pass incredibly cruel legislation's. There is lots of propaganda and what not. The Order which has remained silent after Dumbledores death is pushed into action. But there should be some sort of conflict against them. Perhaps there was some sort of conspiracy where the Order was blamed for Dumbles death? The Order will have to learn to give up a piece of them because in order to fight the DEs and Voldemort they'll have to get down and fight dirty with them.
The school was closed as a result of attacks and murders. Here, we're going to be vague on who was actually killed just in case someone wants to play... Parvati, for example. We can start with the students outside of school and play out the election. After the election, a new Headmaster is put in Dumbledore's place but it is obvious that he is just a clone of the MOM. The students in Hogwarts begin to feel the strain of the new rules and regulations. I think it would be neat if he had like preferential treatment of a house. Sort of like Dumbles liked Gryffindor and Umbridge liked Slytherin. Maybe he could like Ravenclaw.
Some other points:
-The majority seems to want Megan and I as mods. If anyone has any problems with this, or would like to volunteer to mod as well, let me know.
-Day changes. I wouldn't mind having one real life day make up half of a roleplay day. So... the first day would be the morning and the second, the afternoon and evening, so you know when it is your characters are interacting. If you have an issue with this, let me know.
-Megan and I like the idea of having a Daily Prophet community in order to inform the characters of plot happenings. I volunteer to staff the paper and write the articles, but I may need assistance from a player or two. If you have any issues or want to volunteer to write articles, let me know.
-I think that every character should have to apply again. You already have all your info in your userinfos, it shouldn't be that hard to change things a bit to fit with the game's application. (Which probably won't be much different from Veo's.)
-That being said, I'd like us to be rather strict on applications. I want this community to have standards, high ones. No werewolf!Mary Sues for us! XD
-I can't think of anything else to say. If you have any suggestions/comments/opinions/flames, feel free to contact me.
