My diploma came today! I was leaving for work, and I noticed a large envelope on the front step, so I was going to bring it inside, but then I saw that it was for me, and from Southern. So I was a couple of minutes late to work because I had to make sure it was what I thought it was (not that it mattered, since I had to wait forever at the customer service desk to get my card anyway). But it was my actual MLS, making it all kinds of official.
I spent the evening making a batch of layered mint fudge for the bake sale my team is holding for the Jimmy Fund (to compete with the Dunkin team's hot dog sale). The bake sale isn't until Saturday, but I couldn't decide what to make, so tomorrow I'm going to make some layered brownies. And try to get to the Wallingford library if I have time.
