I spend the afternoon at Mohegan Sun. Stop and Shop chartered a bus and gave everyone a free bet on the Wheel of Fortune and a voucher for either a free meal at the Seasons Buffet or $10 off at any of the other restaurants. I hung out with Carlie and her cousin the whole time, and we had a good time. Carlie wanted to visit the spa, but once she saw the prices, she changed her mind, so we did some shopping and ate at the buffet. I only played the slots, but I didn't win anything significant. We were going to finish up at the lounge where the ceiling looks like the sky, but we ran out of time. And we nearly couldn't find the place where we were going to meet everyone at the end, but when we got there, the bus hadn't even arrived yet, so it was okay.
I had watermelon juice while I was there, and I thought it would be flavored, but it turned out to be actual crushed watermelon or something. I didn't like it.
Apparently Professor Layton calls his car The Laytonmobile, and it was specially built so that he could drive it without taking off his hat.
