True story from the lake

*yawn* Apparently I left work after my sister, but still got home first.

Anyway, the highlight of my day was when I was at Thunder & Lightning and a guest was worried (as they usually are) that the restraints would open while the ride was in motion. So I explained that only Miguel (the Control Panel Operator at the time) could open the restraints, and he wouldn't do that. "But what if he turns evil?" the guest asked, and I admit that I laughed out loud. Luckily, Miguel came up with a distraction ("Everybody put your hands out for a high five!") and we were able to get the ride going.
The moral of the story is: If your restraint is pushed as tight as it can go, don't worry about anything else.

Right now we're watching a folk song reunion show on PBS, and it's seriously just like A Mighty Wind, only for real.
