(no subject)
there's a fork in our silverware drawer that doesn't match any of the other pieces of silverware we have. it's my favorite to use (probably for that reason), and every time it's turn comes to be used and it's me doing the using, i get inexplicably excited. i'll also save it for something special if i would have otherwise been using it for something menial like stirring cous cous.
feelings like that are really hard to describe with words. maybe sign language has come up with a better way of description.
speaking of cous cous, nick took me trader joe's yesterday, and he was definitely right. i've never seen so much delicious looking (and actually delicious tasting) food for such little money. just because i like details, i'll inform you of my purchases: organic raisin bran clusters (really good), roasted garlic hummus (even better), crackers, brie cheese for only 2.97!!!!!!!, cous cous, two frozen vegetarian thingies, and oranges.
i'm a boring person, but i love it. i need to go shower.
