1. What is the strangest compliment you’ve ever received?
The circumstances make this one stick out mostly, but someone I was baby sitting for once told me I have a perfect voice for radio. Totally out of the blue while she was driving me home.
2. What’s your little-known talent?
I can do a ridiculous amount of math in my head/am good at math in general. And I have medals and trophies from math team. /nerd I can't even tell you how rare and weird it is at mcad to be math/science inclined. Art students aren't supposed to know math!
3. What do you obsessively search for on eBay?
Depends on the month and obsession. Doll things, vintage dresses, corsets.
4. When you were a child, who did you worship & want to be like?
I've never been big on the whole 'idolizing people' thing. It never really struck me, I don't really get it. I did/do look up to betrayme but in a realistic way if that makes any sense.
5. What was your palate band? Otherwise known as the first band you heard that made you realise the world of music was larger than whatever the Top 20 singles were! (The idea for this one came from here!)
I'd say Alisha's Attic, which I feel so in love with I stole (borrowed? maybe I asked I don't remember) from Megan and played constantly. I was 11/12. Around the same time I was also in love with Alanis Morissette and Fiona Apple. All of whom are still in my itunes...
FTR: My senior show is hung as of 7pm or so. I just have to add my name & do my business cards and then my exhibit is complete. I am AHEAD OF SCHEDULE.
