I'VE FALLEN AND I CAN'T GET UP
UM. I APPEAR TO HAVE SLIPPED AND FALLEN INTO THE SOCIAL NETWORK FANDOM. WHOOPS.
I thought it was going to be one of those 'I read three fics and then move on' fandoms, but in the ten days since I watched the film I've read 40 pieces of fanfic, two of which were over 70,000 words long (THIS FANDOM SEEMS TO HAVE SUCH A HIGH RATIO OF LONG FIC. I THINK I MIGHT HAVE ACTUALLY NOW FINISHED ALL THE SHORT FIC. EVERYTHING NEW I CAN FIND TO READ IS 20K ). I have ordered the DVD, guys! That is literally the fastest turnaround between me watching a film for the first time and me buying a DVD of it ever. In fact, it's possible I've never bought a DVD without seeing the film at least twice before. >__>
Also, I haven't even started on the RPF, but they are so fucking canon* that I know it is only a matter of time before I start hoovering it all up with my eyes. ♥__♥ Also, Jesse Eisenberg is apparently my new favourite actor. And also my new favourite thing to look at? Eleven days ago I probably would have told you he was pretty 'meh' looking to my taste. Now he is possibly the most beautiful man I have ever seen and I do not understand how my eyes were previously so confused as to have missed this. GOD, WHY IS HE SO GORGEOUS, WHAT IS THIS.
* No really, I have never seen two actors talk this much about falling/being in love with each other (IN THOSE WORDS) ever. It's ridiculous. OMG ANDREW GARFIELD, STOP SAYING YOU WANT TO BE JESSE'S BOYFRIEND (he did clarify 'in every way except sexually', but it really didn't make anything less slashy).
In other Jesse related news, I watched Adventureland a couple of days ago, which he stars in with Kristen Stewart, and I honestly couldn't give you a remotely coherent reaction to the film, because JESSE EISENBERG AND KRISTEN STEWART KEPT BEING ROMANTIC LEADS. It was so confusing! WAS IT ADORABLE OR WAS IT SEXY? WERE THE CHARACTERS MFEO OR DID I JUST WANT THEM TO HOOK UP FOR THE VISUALS? WAS I MORE JEALOUS OF KRISTEN WHEN SHE WAS KISSING JESSE OR WAS I MORE JEALOUS OF JESSE WHEN HE WAS KISSING KRISTEN? I DON'T EVEN KNOOOOWWW. In conclusion: the actors I obsess over definitely shouldn't should shouldn't play opposite each other in relationship films.

This is basically just a heads up that if you're wondering where I am anytime soon, the answer is probably 'buried in TSN fic'. And if you'd like my attention, just hold up a picture of Andrew Garfield and Jesse Eisenberg being in love, and I will probably turn up in about ten seconds flat to coo at it, at which point you can force me to pay attention to whatever it was you actually wanted me for.
