Next one of you who fires off a gun because of a snake is gonna get knocked out. S'just a bloody rattler.

[There's a hiss of pain there, sharp and insistent. Whatever the matter is, it's certainly putting a vicious toll on her tone.]

... I haven't got enough medical training for this. Anyone know how t'remove a bullet without tearin' the wound even

I... I don't know a lot about medical things, but I know with blade wounds, you're supposed to leave the blade in, because that stems the flow of the blood, and then deal with everything else as well as you can until you can get to a hospital. Maybe with a gunshot it's similar? Leave the bullet in for now, try to bandage up the wound to stop the bleeding as much as possible, and try to keep it clean so it doesn't get infected?

I'm... I'm sorry I can't be of more help...

Yeah, s'what I keep hearing. [Groan] I'm just worried about it getting too close to my knee- I'd rather I still be able to walk when this gets fixed.

[A sharp intake of breath over here on Maya's side. She forgot that, unlike knives, bullets can travel.]

Oh, right... isn't there anyone here who knows how to treat those kinds of wounds??

If there isn't, someone here really needs to train... but that's not the point right now! Uh, well, I guess just wash it out and bandage it for now? I think that's the best that anyone can do...!!
