We don't have a proper surgeon, but bind it up properly and it will be fine. Exercise the joint to make sure it keeps being able to bend.

What is there to sort? Bind it so it doesn't continue to bleed, check it every so often for mortification, and make sure the joint continues to bend as it ought.
