Oh, hello! [It's said the way one does when they've come across someone they haven't seen in a long time.]

They're Spectrespecs. [She lowers them down her nose a bit with her free hand.] They can pick up creatures that are usually invisible to the naked eye, such as wrackspurts.

Of course there are. They are just hard to find, because they're invisible.

And it was so weird... I saw this animal earlier, and it was like a horse and a deer combined, but it had these giant things on it's head! Like antlers, but not, and thick! I don't know what it was!

Depends on your definition of strange. I haven't seen any that wouldn't belong in what time and area we seem to be in, but for me seeing them at all is strange.

[Tango's chest puffs out, and he grins at the compliment. Blues may or may not be rolling his eyes behind the sunglasses.]

That could be one of the animals, yes. But they're very skittish creatures and if I see one, I would just view it from afar. I wouldn't want to scare one.

Oh yes. They look like a horse, but with a single horn coming out the center of their forehead. The adults are a pure, bright white, and they're more likely to let a female approach them than a male.

[She lifts her glasses up onto her forehead, to better look into the camera.]

It's said that their blood can save a person who's on the edge of death, but a unicorn is so pure that if you were to kill it to drink its blood, your life would be cursed.

Of course, you don't have to kill a unicorn to get a tail hair, like in my wand. They get caught up in bushes and such in the forest, and people collect them that way.
