01 [Action]
[Ran wakes to the sound of wood creaking and aluminum rattling around her. She's curled up in the back of a dark wooden car, at least, that's how it appears. She's not entirely sure what she's in, though it looks like some sort of amusement ride at Tropical Land, Ran can't be sure...]
...Shinichi..? [The last thing she remembered was Shinichi running off to look into something, and him telling her to go home. Did she ever make it back..?]
Ugh...[She tried to push herself up from the wooden floor, but she must've slept wrong, as her shoulder was throbbing with pain. Did she fall, perhaps? Or maybe...]
Shinichi--!!! [Maybe something went horribly wrong--! Ran tried to hurry to her feet, but the unsteadiness of the floor beneath her caused her to fall onto her hands and knees. Not being one to let that get her down, she crawled on her hands and knees towards the opening ahead of her. It was hard to make any traction, what with the layers of skirts tangling between her legs. (What on earth?!) But at the very least, they kept her warm.]
Shinichi! [She poked her head out of the opening in the front of her path and shouted out his name--when she saw a whole lot of...nothing...in front of her.]
