Long day at school today. Went to my 8:00 Lit class across campus, that I missed twice already...
I'm so unbelievably behind. I bought a bunch of Red Bull--I'm hunkering down tomorrow and finishing all this work I've been putting off. I'll probably be pretty crabby. Hopefully nobody takes it personally.
I'm finding it hard to sleep here lately. The rooms are so hot and my bed is so shady--the whole thing quivers every time I roll over--I keep imagining that it's going to just drop out from beneath me, and create a painful mess.
But I'm still settling in I guess.
Some drunk jocks messed with my friend Carmen today, so Ryan Wales decided to step up (being as that he's a big guy, not huge but an imposing prescence), ended up trying to split up this horrible fight. Ryan was being smart and walking away, but the other guy kept breaking free from his friends and coming after him. That's as close as I've come in awhile to flipping my spikes around and crackin' some skulls.
I didn't do it though. It was tempting though. My deeply buried violent side nearly broke out.
