fell asleep reading an article. wes came into the bedroom and woke me up, said shiv called and then disappeared into the bathroom for some time (probably to cry in the shower for an extended period). didn't want to go back to sleep. read my articles then started and nearly finished angels in america ; heavy, heavy words. i think i'll pass out trying to read Faulkner. i don't know about that guy.
